DAPIV supports you in transferring your research results to the socio-economic sector while ensuring full protection of your intellectual property.

Missions

  • Ensure the protection and management of UGA's intangible assets (patents, software, know-how, trademarks, etc.)

  • Support the transfer of research results to the socioeconomic and cultural sectors
    Raise awareness of issues related to intellectual property and commercialization

  • Participate in the negotiation and protection of intellectual property rights in collaborative agreements and partnerships
    Provide expertise and legal advice on intellectual property or commercialization
